ON BEING DUMB

Webster’s definition of the word, dumb:  “moronic and unintelligent”.  The following has been drawn from my Barack Hussein Obama (BHO) file; you make the call whether this guy is dumb or not.

BHO:     “No Keystone Project…at this time.”

FACT:   It could have been our pipeline to prosperity.

BHO:     “I am placing a moratorium on offshore drilling.”

FACT:  It costs the workforce nearly 100,000 jobs.

BHO:     Promised “energy independence.”

FACT:  My home fuel oil bill two months ago was $4.29/gallon.  Does he know the difference between “independent” and “dependent”?  (Please check Webster)

BHO:     Recently referred to the “Polish death camps.”

FACT:   There were none.  This is what happens to people who are dumb and egomaniacs.  He thinks he can talk extemporaneously and expertly on matters he knows nothing about.

BHO:     He chose not to comment on Pelosi’s statement, “We have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it.”

FACT:   One can only assume that BHO agrees with her.

BHO:     He chose not to comment on Communication Director Anita Dunn’s statement, “Mae Tse Tung is one of my favorite philosophers whom I turn to most for answers to important questions.”

FACT:   One can only assume the BHO agrees with her.

BHO:     A proponent of “Cap and Trade.”

FACT:  He is still pushing the bill!!

BHO:     “The truth is that compared to other countries around the world, our deficit problems are completely manageable.”

FACT:  Completely manageable?  Is this why our credit rating was downgraded?

BHO:     Bowed to the King ofSaudi Arabia.

FACT:  Why the need to bow to him?

BHO:     “Nothing in the surge plan will make a significant dent in the sectarian violence.  The new strategy will not prove to be one that changes the dynamics significantly.”

FACT:  He has yet to admit that he was wrong.

BHO:     The first president to employ a teleprompter during press conferences.

FACT:  This explains, in part, all the dumb statements.

BHO:     “marine corpse.”

FACT:  This is a constitutional scholar?  Imagine what the liberal media would have done to Bush if he made the same goof.

BHO:     “Islam is not part of the problem in containing violent extremism.”

FACT:  Not even part of the problem?

BHO:     His “economics advisors” are primarily academics with little to no business experience.

FACT:   Since the turn of the 20th century, past presidents had, on average, 46.2% of their appointees with business experience.  The range was from 30% (Kennedy) to 57% (Eisenhower and Reagan).  BHO has 7% with business experience.  This, better than anything else, explains BHO’s domestic failures.

BHO:     “I think that what we’ve seen is that we’ve been able to make steady progress to stabilize the economy.”

FACT:   Did he take Economics 101?  We are still in a recession with no hope in sight with entitlements and an expanding government.

BHO:     There are “57” states.

FACT:   This is a “constitutional scholar?”  Where did the “57” come from?  Perhaps he was thinking of a campaign from John Kerry’s wife and Heinz’s 57.

BHO:     “The Cold War reached a conclusion because of the actions of many nations over many years and because the people ofRussiaandEastern Europestood up and decided that its end would be peaceful.”

FACT:   Can he be this dumb?  Even the liberal historians have given the credit to President Reagan.

BHO:     Criticized theArizona(immigration) law while admitting he “never read it.”

FACT:  He admitted it!!  I believe he still hasn’t read it.

BHO:     SuedArizonaon the immigration law.

FACT:  What has happened to our country?

BHO:     An “amateur.”

FACT:  That is the word Bill Clinton used to describe BHO.  It’s a stretch, but isn’t that another word for dumb?  Refer to Ed Klein’s informative book, “The Amateurs” (under NY Times Best Seller List).

BHO:     “I would put our legislative and foreign policy accomplishments in our first two years against any president, with the possible exceptions of Johnson, FDR and Lincoln, just in terms of what we’ve done in modern history.”

FACT:   How about Nixon?  How about Regan?  This statement will be repeated in the Egomaniac article.

BHO:     This approach (of drilling) might make sense ifAmericaharbored plentiful and untapped oil supplies that could meet its need.  But such supplies don’t exist; we can’t drill our way out of the problem.”

FACT:   Only if you and an environmentalist.  The supply is there.  The technology is also there.

BHO:     Recently referred to the “Cinco de Quatro.”

FACT:   What a difference a day makes.

BHO:     Gave Prime Minister Brown inexpensive and incorrectly formatted DVDs.

FACT:  A classless and tasteless move.

BHO:     “The election will mark the moment when the rise of the oceans begins to slow, and our planet began to heal.”

FACT:   Another impossible to prove environmental statement from an individual devoid of the facts.

BHO:     Joked about the “Special Olympics.”

FACT:  Do you know anyone who would joke about it?  How many individuals and parents did he hurt and scar emotionally?  He probably thought he was being cool; what an idiot.

BHO:     Made reference to the “Austrian language.”

FACT:  There is no such language.  He could have been referring to the Australian language?!*

BHO:     “This is not me making wild assumptions.  Waste and abuse can provide the lion’s share of the money to pay for healthcare reform.”

FACT:   Someone please provide me with ANY BHO waste and abuse reform.

BHO:     “He’s a Harvard Grad.”

FACT:   So was Anita Hill “The Delilah in the Clarence Thomas Fiasco,” who was dismissed from a law firm because she wasn’t capable of writing a letter.  So much for diversity and a grossly overrated university.

BHO:     Just this week, he claimed, “the public sector is doing fine.”

FACT:   His people later retracted this statement.

Whaddyathink.  Can one make a case that the guy is legitimately dumb?  It’s your call.  But remember, if you conclude that BHO isn’t too bright, this (Barack Hussein Obama) is the same guy trying to transform both our government and our great nation.

FOLLOW-UP:

My thanks to many of you who have notified your friends about the Newsletter; the Newsletter’s base is increasing at a near exponential rte (not quite, but it sounds good).  There were responses to the “On the Budget Vote” article.   Thanks for the kind words.  However, I did hear from a couple who accused me of “inaccurate information.”  I followed with a request to detail the “inaccurate information.”  They refused and further accepted my offer to withhold their names, the content of their email, and my response, if they so desired.  I have done so.  Amazing conduct and mentality!
